Transcription: To start the Internet Explorer simply click on the icon that's on the desktop. You'll notice this screen looks just like the screens we've worked in before. That's the beauty of Windows 98. It provides us the same kind of menu bar, title bar and a very very similar tool bar that allows us to navigate on the internet the same way we navigated in my computer and so forth.
